ABOUT US
How It All Started
I am Lisvette Soto CEO/ Founder of Be You Outreach Foundation.
In 2018 and 2019, our team did the production of the Latino and Art Fashion Show event in the Carolinas, where, during model casting, I observed a noticeable lack of leadership, communication, and self-worth among young models.
In response, I initiated the first Leadership Model Program in the Carolinas, named Be You, in February 2020. Unfortunately, the program had to be postponed due to the pandemic. Determined to resume the initiative, I remained committed.
In 2022, I started participating in events supporting organizations that educate communities about human trafficking. Learning that North Carolina ranked #10 in human trafficking victims and Charlotte held the #1 position in the Carolinas, I recognized the urgency of educating young females entering the artistic industry to prevent potential exploitation.
In 2023, I founded the Be You Outreach Foundation a Non-Profit Organization committed to empowering, educating, and creating a safe environment for young female in the artistic industry in the Carolinas. Motivated to take action about the safe of the model, I integrated Human Trafficking awareness into my program.
In June 2024, we are launching with our dedicated coaches and experts, The Be You Program where we are committed to making a significant impact, offering affordable high-level holistic education to empower and protect the future generation of young females in the fashion industry in the Carolinas.
